Retreating in Sedona: I lost my mind and found myself

I am still making my way back from a week-long Human Design Immersion retreat in Sedona, Arizona. This picture was taken on an afternoon play break. If you want to see more here’s a link to the album on my Facebook page. Sedona is one of my “magic places.” My husband and I first went there for my birthday in 1999 and fell in love with it. A little over a year later we got married at the base of Bell Rock. It was also there, during the first trip in 1999, that I saw an ad in the local magazine for a career coach. I kept that ad because when I read it I thought, “That’s what I want to do!” (I had already been thinking about becoming a career counselor; there was something about coaching that really spoke to me, though.) A few months later I contacted that coach and hired her to help me launch my coaching business. I’ve been there 2 other times before my trip this month, and each time I felt happy and enthralled.
